Think neon accents, soft florals, and custom color palettes that feel celebratory yet mature. ## Photos and videos - ![An elegant and mature setup for Akshita's 12th birthday. I recently designed a 12th birthday with a pink and lilac cherry blossom theme, replacing typical character cutouts with a 'Happy Birthday' neon sign and personalized marquee lights. It brings the same level of excitement but feels tailored for their age, creating a backdrop that looks just as good for photos as it does in person. As kids grow older, they often look for a different vibe for their parties. My elegant and themed celebrations focus on atmosphere and aesthetic, moving beyond standard birthday decor to create a space that feels special and unique. ### Why these themes work Whether it is a 12th birthday, a sophisticated baby shower, or a milestone anniversary, the focus shifts to texture and lighting. I incorporate elements like: * **Modern Lighting:** 'Happy Birthday' neon signs and marquee letters that anchor the main backdrop. * **Color Palettes:** Moving into pastels, metallics, or thematic duos like blue and silver for a starry night, or pink and lilac for a softer floral look. * **Unique Props:** Faux plants, candles, paper lanterns, and structured pedestals instead of standard balloon arches. ### Tailored for your space I understand that elegance is often about how the decor interacts with the venue. Whether you are hosting at a small banquet hall in South Bangalore or an outdoor space, I customize the layout to fit. For example, my star and moon theme uses crescent moon props and cloud cutouts that can be adjusted to fit the wall size of your specific venue. I handle the logistics, including the two-hour setup and the post-event dismantling, so you can spend your time with your guests rather than worrying about the balloons or the props. If you have a specific color scheme or a general idea, tell me about it. We can work together to ensure the decor aligns with the tone of your event. ## About Ribbons & Twine I am Pratima, and at Ribbons & Twine, I believe your celebration should match your vision, whether it is for a teenager or a milestone event.
