This blueprint helps us align on the colors, themes, and prop placements so there are no surprises on the event day. You see exactly what the stage will look like, and we tweak it until it feels just right. Event planning can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to make the process transparent and stress-free. By sharing these digital mockups, I give you a clear visualization of your theme—whether it is a jungle safari for a first birthday or a star-and-moon theme for a baby shower. ### Why I Use Digital Mockups These layouts are more than just pretty pictures. They serve as a shared language between us. If you want to change the shade of the balloons or move a prop, we do it here, on the screen, rather than on-site when time is running out. It ensures that the final setup matches the vision you had in your head. ### The Details That Matter A party is the sum of its parts. Beyond the backdrops and balloon garlands, I focus on the little details that guests remember. You will see examples here of how we package return gifts, like eco-friendly potted plants with personalized tags, to match your party theme. These extra touches turn a standard event into a cohesive experience. ### My Approach to Execution What you see in my mockups is what I deliver. I take pride in the bridge between the planning phase and the physical setup. When I walk into a banquet hall or a home space, I already have the plan mapped out, so my team and I can focus entirely on styling and execution. If you have an idea but are not sure if it fits your space, I am happy to discuss it and find a way to make it work. ## About Ribbons & Twine We are Ribbons & Twine, and we love turning your simple party ideas into real, visual memories.
