Whether we are making a wall clock or a serving tray, I focus on teaching you the precise mixing ratios and bubble removal techniques that I spent years mastering on my own. You will walk away knowing why your project might get sticky and exactly how to fix it. Functional art is about items that work as hard as they look. When you create a resin clock or a serving tray in my workshop, you aren't just making a decorative piece. You are crafting something that will be used every single day in your home. ### Why Functional Art Matters Too many people make art that just collects dust. I prefer pieces that serve a purpose. In this cluster, we cover: - **Resin Wall Clocks:** Learn to integrate clock mechanisms into high-gloss geode or ocean-themed bases. - **Wood & Resin Trays:** Mastering the pour-over wood technique to create durable servingware. - **Personalized Keychains & Nameplates:** Perfect for gifts or starting your own small business line. ### What You Will Actually Learn I don't believe in shortcuts. I started this journey on my own and made plenty of mistakes so you don't have to. During our sessions, we dive into the technical side: wood selection, preparing your MDF or wooden base, managing resin and hardener ratios, and the crucial sanding and buffing process to get that glass-like shine. Whether you are joining an online batch or coming to my studio for an in-person class, you will work with high-quality pigments, crystals, and heat tools. By the end, you won't just have a product; you will have the knowledge to troubleshoot common issues like bubbles or curing problems, which is exactly what separates a serious artist from a hobbyist. If you are stubborn and passionate, you will fit right in. ## About Mehul Arts I'm Sunil. People often ask who my guru is, but I learned everything by burning my own hands in the fire of experience. I'm stubborn, hard-working, and I pour that same crazy passion into every clock and tray I teach you to create.
