I spend extra hours on the specific sealing process to ensure the resin handles moisture, heavy water usage, and soap exposure without ever losing its high-gloss shine, making it as practical as it is beautiful. Functional art is about bringing craft into your hands. Whether it is a serving tray that sits on your coffee table or a wash basin you use every morning, resin offers durability that simple wood or plastic often lacks. I use UV-resistant, non-yellowing epoxy that keeps these pieces looking new for years, even with daily wear and tear. When you reach out for a custom piece, we don't just talk about designs; we talk about how you actually intend to use the item. If it is a custom resin guitar, we focus heavily on the weight, balance, and acoustic resonance. If it is a serving tray, I ensure the wood edges are chamfered and comfortable to hold. My approach is straightforward: if you can imagine it, we can make it functional. We start with the material selection—seasoned Acacia or Teak slabs—and then layer the resin to build depth, whether you want a classic river look, embedded natural elements, or a specific color theme that matches your interior. It takes time, plenty of sanding, and a stubborn commitment to the finish, but the final result is a piece of art that works for you. ## About Mehul Arts 16 years ago, I was a student, and today I pour my soul into resin art because that is where I find my peace. I’m Sunil, and I don't believe in art that is just for show; I believe in creating things that you actually touch and use every single day.
