Whether your child is 5 or 12, the focus is on the act of making. We teach them how to hold a brush, why the colors blend the way they do, and how to fix a mistake by turning it into a new design choice. This is not a sit-still-and-listen class; it is a space where they learn to observe, make decisions, and walk away with a piece of art they created themselves. ### Our Approach to Kids' Art For 26 years, we have run Renuka's Art Zone with one belief: art is for everyone. We do not believe in stick figures or rigid rules that stifle creativity. When children join our canvas painting classes in Vashi, they enter a space where they are encouraged to experiment. ### What They Will Learn We focus on age-appropriate techniques that build real skills: * **Brush Control:** Learning how to load a brush, use a palette knife, and manage different paint consistencies. * **Color Theory:** Understanding how to mix primary colors to create new shades rather than just using colors straight from the tube. * **Observational Skills:** Learning to look at an object or a reference and break it down into shapes, lines, and textures. Our sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly. We provide all the materials, so you do not need to worry about sourcing canvases or acrylic paints. Whether it is a quick one-day workshop for a fun weekend activity or a regular course to deepen their artistic foundation, we adapt our guidance to the pace of each child. ### Why Parents Choose Us We keep our batch sizes small. This allows us to give personal attention to every student. If a child is struggling with a background wash or needs help with the finer details of a landscape, we are right there to guide them, not just tell them what to do. We celebrate the process of painting—the mess, the errors, and the final result—because that is how true learning happens. ## About Renuka's Art Zone I am Swati, and for 26 years, I have loved guiding young artists through their first brushstrokes. Together with my daughter Renuka, we run a studio in Vashi where every kid—whether they are shy or bold—gets the individual attention they need to create their own masterpiece.
