In our kids’ batches, we focus on the tripod grip, understanding geometric shapes, and moving away from stick figures. Whether your child is just starting to hold a pencil or is ready for structured object study, we guide them step-by-step in small groups so they get the individual attention they need to actually improve. Our foundation modules are designed to turn simple doodles into confident strokes. We start with the basics—teaching kids how to hold the pencil correctly using the tripod grip—and helping them see shapes like circles and squares in the world around them. Instead of random scribbling, we introduce disciplined techniques like one-stroke coloring using oil pastels or wax crayons, which develops fine motor skills and patience. For children, art is more than just a hobby; it is a way to slow down and focus. We keep our batch sizes small, usually 6 to 8 students, so we can personally coach every child. We help them learn how to mix colors, understand light and shadow, and appreciate textures, whether they are sketching a simple Coke can or a ceramic mug. Our Vashi studio provides a chill, non-pressured space where kids feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. We aren't chasing perfection; we are helping them build the observation skills that make drawing fun for a lifetime. ## About Renuka's Art Zone Hi, I'm Renuka and I teach alongside my mother, Swati, who has been nurturing artists for over 26 years.
