Whether it is a specific request for Bajra laddoos or the feedback that a bowl of Kheer tastes exactly like home, every message tells me that slow-cooking without shortcuts is the right way to go. I believe food should be personal. When you order from me, you are not getting a factory-made box; you are getting something I prepared fresh in my Mumbai kitchen the same day. The feedback I receive—like the requests for custom dry-fruit laddoos or the validation that my Gajar ka Halwa reminds people of home—is what fuels my passion. Everything I make is on-order. This isn't just about freshness; it means I can customize the sweetness, adjust the nut texture for kids or elders, or swap ingredients for dietary needs. When a regular client asks me to try something new, like Ragi brownies or millet-based sweets, I treat it as a collaboration. I take pride in the fact that my kitchen is a space where we can experiment with traditional recipes without compromising on health or quality. If you want to know how a specific batch of Besan Laddoo turned out, or if you need a gift box for an upcoming festival, just send me a message. I am always happy to discuss what is in season and what I have planned for the week. ## About Raina Agarwal Hey, I’m Raina. Cooking is my happy place—hands messy, heart full.
