This was a message I received for my strawberry jam. Hearing that my products smell and taste yummy makes all the hard work worthwhile.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f15c09fd-590a-46bc-ab7c-198d006a5c60) ## About From My Customers When I receive a message like this about my strawberry jam, it confirms why I avoid commercial pectin and artificial thickeners entirely. By using only fresh, hand-picked fruit and slow-boiling it in small batches, the natural, vibrant tanginess stays intact, which is exactly what my clients notice the moment they open a fresh jar. ### Why I Keep It Traditional Building a home kitchen is all about trust. Whether it is a jar of spicy mango achaar or a batch of seasonal fruit jam, my clients rely on me for the same quality I feed my own family. I never use store-bought stabilizers, preservatives, or artificial colors. ### The Feedback Loop I share these messages because they represent the real, unpolished experience of my food. It is not about perfect marketing; it is about how the smell of fresh strawberry jam or the crunch of winter pickles brings back memories of home. I am always listening to your feedback—whether you need less spice, no garlic, or a specific sugar-free tweak—because that input helps me refine what comes out of my kitchen next. ### Freshness You Can Taste Because I work with seasonal produce—like fresh green amla in winter or red, juicy strawberries in season—availability changes constantly. When you see a positive review, it is usually from someone who caught a batch right when it was fresh. If you are curious about what is currently in my jars, please reach out. ## About Raina Agarwal I’m Raina, and my kitchen is where tradition meets fresh, seasonal ingredients.
