Whether it is the jaggery-honey syrup used in my Baklava or the Van Houten chocolate in my ganache, I rely on proper ingredients and traditional techniques rather than premixes. Because I do not use preservatives, please plan your order a few days ahead so I can prep and bake your treats to perfection. My featured collection brings together the recipes that my customers ask for most. I believe that real taste comes from patience, which is why you will find no shortcuts in my kitchen. ### My Approach to Baking When you order from me, you are getting food that is baked for you, not stored on a shelf. This allows me to offer customizations that a standard bakery cannot. Need a sugar-free binder for energy bars? Prefer Ragi over Maida for your brownies? I am happy to adjust the recipe to suit your dietary needs or personal taste. ### Highlights from My Menu - **Artisanal Baklava:** Instead of standard sugar syrup, I use a house-made blend of jaggery and honey. It gives the pastry an earthy sweetness and keeps the layers of phyllo dough crisp. - **Signature Cakes:** From eggless chocolate truffle cakes made with Van Houten couverture ganache to my seasonal Lotus Biscoff cheesecake, I focus on rich textures and high-quality ingredients. - **Healthy & Seasonal:** My plum cakes use fruits soaked for months in rum or juice, and my ragi brownies offer a dense, fudgy alternative for those looking for something different. I also craft high-fiber granola bars packed with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Everything is 100% eggless and made with pure ghee where required.
