Every medal, from our FMMAI National gold to our international ADCC podiums, is built on the same floor where you start your training. We don't drill memorized patterns, we drill problem-solving. This isn't just theory, it is what happens when you step into the war room and learn to adapt under fire. Our approach to competition is simple: more work, less talk. We believe that if you want to compete, you need to be able to solve problems, not just recite moves. When our fighters go to tournaments, they aren't relying on stale drills. They are relying on the ecological dynamics training that we use here every single day. Whether it is the FMMAI National MMA Championship in Mumbai or the ADCC Asian Open in Thailand, our fighters are constantly putting their training to the test. You will see them securing wins through TKO, submission, and dominant decisions because they are trained to handle pressure, recognize openings, and stay calm when the noise gets loud. We have seen our fighters rise from day one to standing on international podiums. That journey isn't easy. It requires showing up, putting in the sweat, and listening when you hear us yell, 'Are pakad! Upar fight kar!' (Hey, grab him! Fight on top!) during the heat of the match. That same intensity is present in every class, from our beginner grappling sessions to our advanced fight camps. If you want to see what your potential looks like when it is pushed to the limit, this is where you start. ## About Reign MMA We are #TeamReignMMA, and we are building a legacy, not just a gym. This is a family for warriors, from five-year-olds finding their feet to our professional athletes chasing gold. If you have the fire, we have a place for you on our mats.
