We use a 'Constraints-Led Approach'—a method where we set up game-like scenarios that force your child to figure out takedowns, pins, and escapes on their own. It is effective, it keeps them moving, and most importantly, it is fun enough that they will actually want to come back. ### How We Train We believe martial arts shouldn't feel like a chore. By replacing repetitive movements with skill-based games, we keep kids engaged, active, and thinking on their feet. Whether it is an animal movement drill to build BJJ mechanics or a touch-based game to teach kickboxing distance, your child is learning real technique through play. ### Why the 'Constraints-Led Approach' (CLA)? Instead of telling a child 'do this, then that,' we create an environment where they have to solve a problem. If we want them to learn a takedown, we build a game where that specific movement is the solution. This builds independent thinking, adaptability, and muscle memory that sticks.
