It is not just magic, it is a lot of market runs, late-night planning, and family chaos. Here is a glimpse into the real work behind every gift. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A day in our life during the Diwali madness! This video shows the hustle, from exploring markets for decor to getting family suggestions and finally feeling exhausted but happy.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/e946780b-0f13-4c19-95ff-322ac6c8f9b2) ## About Behind The Scenes Most people only see the finished bow on a gift, but the real story is in the market runs. Whether I am hunting for specific fabric textures or debating which chocolate brand fits the vibe, I personally vet every single item that goes into your hamper. If it does not meet my standard for quality, it simply does not go in the box. This is where the magic, and the occasional madness, happens. Running Reetuals from Nagpur and Bengaluru means my daily routine is a mix of packing, sourcing, and planning. When you see our hampers, you might think it is just a simple box, but every unit involves hours of work. I spend days in crowded markets to find the right materials, from pooja essentials for Diwali hampers to specific, eco-friendly glass for bulk corporate orders. My family often gets roped into the late-night packing sessions, and yes, there is always plenty of coffee, and sometimes noodles, involved. The reason I do this is simple: I hate the idea of gifts that get dumped or wasted. I want to build hampers that feel personal, like a friend put them together. That means checking every label, ensuring the ribbon sits straight, and making sure the personalized note captures the exact sentiment you want to express. Whether you need festive gifting for a large corporate team or a small, custom hamper for a friend, my process remains the same. I take your vision, add a little of my own creative chaos, and turn it into something ready for delivery. ## About Reetuals I am Sakshi, the person juggling the endless list of tasks behind Reetuals. You will find me painting mugs, obsessing over ribbon shades, or sipping noodles while finalizing your hamper designs. I do not just pack boxes; I obsess over the details because I know how much that gift means to the person receiving it.
