This recognition highlights our ability to solve complex design challenges, such as integrating courtyards and double-height volumes, to create homes that feel both grounded and expansive. When we design, we look at the site's context first. For 'The Grey Grotto', our award-winning farmhouse project, the challenge was to create a seamless transition between the interiors and the surrounding landscape. We achieved this through strategic glazing and a courtyard layout that naturally brings light and ventilation into the living areas. These architectural principles guide all our work. Whether you are building a villa on the outskirts of Bengaluru or renovating a city apartment, we apply the same rigour: maximizing natural light, optimizing layouts for ventilation, and selecting materials that age gracefully. Our process involves early 3D visualization and detailed layout modifications, allowing you to walk through your future home before construction begins. We prioritize functionality alongside aesthetics, ensuring your space is as practical as it is visually striking. From initial concept sketches to the final handover, our team works closely with you to ensure every detail, from the placement of light fixtures to the selection of marble or wood finishes, aligns with your lifestyle. ## About Redwall Design Studio We are Kiran and Sudeep.
