I combine custom-printed backdrops with your child’s name, layered balloon arches for depth, and specific character cutouts that turn a simple corner of your home or hall into an immersive storybook scene. I handle everything from the initial design to the final balloon pop. My fairytale and fantasy setups are not just about a pretty wall; they are about creating a complete experience for your little one. ### How I Build Your Fantasy Theme Whether you want a Mermaid kingdom or a Royal Prince celebration, I start with a focal point. For a Mermaid theme, I use textured shimmer walls in purple or teal, paired with custom scale-patterned plinths. For Prince or Princess themes, I bring in gold accents, crown motifs, and marquee LED letters to add that regal touch. I use specific balloon techniques like double-stuffing, where I layer two balloons to create custom, opaque colors that you just cannot get with standard latex balloons. It makes the garland look fuller and much more premium. ### Scaling to Your Venue One of the most common questions I get is about space. I have successfully set up these themes in compact apartment living rooms and massive banquet halls. - **For Homes:** I keep the setup compact with a 6x6 ft backdrop and floor-based balloon clusters, ensuring we don't overcrowd your living space. - **For Large Venues:** I use our 12ft+ grand stage options, adding full marquee lights, entrance arches, and even mascots to fill the space properly. I am always open to mixing themes. If your child wants a 'Frozen' party but loves jungle animals, tell me. I will figure out a way to combine them so it still looks cohesive and fun. I handle the logistics, the printing, and the cleanup, so you can focus on the party. ## About RC Events I'm the face behind RC Events.
