I generally suggest a balanced approach: a dense balloon arch at the entrance creates that big reveal, while scattered balloons or smaller clusters inside help maintain the theme without cluttering your walking space. Whether it is a home welcome or a venue entry, we will make sure it looks great from the very first step. A warm welcome sets the tone for your entire event. We focus on creating entrance setups that feel intentional and festive, whether you are greeting a new baby or welcoming guests to a naming ceremony. For home setups, our standard package (₹4,500–₹7,500) is designed for apartment entryways. We install a spiral balloon arch for the main door, add welcome signage, and use air-filled clusters to bring the theme into your living room. We prioritize quality balloons to ensure the setup lasts through your function. If you are hosting at a hall or large venue, we scale up the impact. We use fuller, more structured arches and often incorporate personalized easel signage to guide your guests. We are familiar with the common layout constraints in Bangalore homes and halls, so you do not need to worry about spacing or hardware. Our team arrives, sets up efficiently, and leaves the area ready for your guests to walk in and enjoy the party. We handle the balloon quality, the theme matching, and the installation speed, so you can focus on your family. Just let us know your space type, and we will handle the rest. ## About RC Events We are RC Events, and we have been setting up celebrations in Bangalore for years.
