I did not reach the World No. 1 spot by taking shortcuts. Tennis is a long, disciplined journey, and this is why I built my academy to help the next generation reach the Grand Slam level.

## About The Founder's Journey & Vision

When you join, you do not just get coaching. You get a schedule that mimics my own—five gym sessions a week, mandatory recovery protocols like contrast baths, and constant biomechanical analysis to fix your movement. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not the place. We are building players who can sustain the intensity of high-level tournaments, not just hit a forehand.

My professional career started in Coorg, moved through a hostel in Pune, and spanned over two decades on the ATP tour. That journey taught me one thing: belief is nothing without a system. I founded this academy to give young Indian players that system. 

We train at the Padukone-Dravid Centre in Bangalore because you need the right environment to grow. Our high-performance program is not a summer camp. It is a daily commitment to strategy, conditioning, and mental toughness. We use tools like Vayu Technology for stroke analysis and focus on specific drills—like the 'Four-Shot Forehand' and 'X-Drill' for recovery—to ensure you are physically and tactically prepared for match pressure.

### The Reality of Professional Tennis

- **Technical Mastery:** We prioritize movement patterns. If your footwork fails, your game fails. We teach the 'Dance, Split, Hit, Recover' mantra as the foundation of every session.
- **Physical Conditioning:** Modern tennis is a sport for athletes. We conduct two fitness sessions daily, focusing on core strength and agility tests to ensure you can last in three-set matches.
- **Recovery Protocols:** You cannot push hard if you do not recover hard. Access to our on-site sports science centre, including ice baths and contrast therapy, is a non-negotiable part of your schedule.
