We do not scrub our root vegetables to a sterile shine because that extra processing strips away freshness and nutritional density. Seeing that little bit of earth is our promise that your food was pulled from our Sohna soil just hours before it reached your kitchen, rather than sitting in a warehouse for days. ### How We Keep It Real When you order from us, you are not buying from a supermarket aggregator. You are getting the harvest directly from our fields in Sohna. Because we farm naturally without harsh chemicals, our produce reflects the actual season. You will find bottle gourd, leafy greens, or tomatoes depending on what is growing best that week. This means our boxes look different than what you see on store shelves. ### The Delivery Reality We deliver our vegetable boxes across Delhi and the NCR region using plastic-free packaging. Your veggies arrive in corrugated cardboard boxes with brown paper wrapping. We keep things simple to ensure our carbon footprint stays low and your food stays fresh. ### A Note on Substitutions Because we only pick what is ready in the morning, there is occasionally a 10 to 15 percent substitution rate in our boxes. If a specific crop is not up to our standard on the morning of the harvest, we will replace it with another high-quality seasonal item so that you never receive subpar produce. Our goal is to ensure you always have enough for your weekly cooking needs without compromising on quality. ## About Raw Leaf Story We are Raw Leaf Story, a family-run farm collective that grew tired of seeing packets of 'fresh' produce that had been sitting in warehouses for days. We bridge the gap by bringing our harvest straight from our Sohna fields to your kitchen. Our goal is simple: helping you and your family eat real, chemical-free food every single week.
