## About Half-Up, Half-Down Styles

I start by micro-crimping the roots to create a hidden base of volume so your hair stays lifted, never flat. Whether we go for a cascading waterfall braid or a polished twist, I use high-grip bobby pins to lock the style in place, ensuring your hair survives hours of dancing and photos without needing any adjustments.

Half-up, half-down hairstyles are the most versatile choice for Mehendi and Sangeet functions. They offer the comfort of keeping hair off your face while retaining the volume and drama of open hair. I focus on customising the front section—whether you want face-framing tendrils, a braided crown, or a sleek twist—to match your lehenga or outfit.

### The Process
My approach relies on proper foundation work:
* **Root Preparation:** Micro-crimping at the crown prevents the style from collapsing as the event progresses.
* **Texture & Hold:** I use thermal styling (tongs or flat irons) to create curls or waves that hold their shape. To ensure longevity, I layer heat protectants and high-hold hairsprays like Silhouette.
* **Accessorising:** I frequently incorporate fresh flowers like baby's breath, pearl clips, or ribbons to tie the hairstyle into your overall theme.

### Travel & Collaboration
Whether your event is in a hotel in Delhi NCR, a venue in Mumbai, or an outstation destination, I bring my full kit to your location. I coordinate directly with your makeup artist to ensure the final look is cohesive, stress-free, and ready for cameras the moment we finish.
