Whether it is Tejas hitting 57 off 20 balls or Ayush bowling a tight spell, we track every stat and effort because it pushes you to stay consistent. If you are serious about improving your game and want to understand how match pressure actually feels, look at how our boys perform under the heat. ### Why We Celebrate Effort Cricket is a game of highs and lows. Many academies focus only on drills, but at Raut Cricket Academy, we know that match exposure is the real teacher. When a player receives a 'Man of the Match' or 'Player of the Month' trophy, it isn't just a piece of plastic. It is validation that their long hours at the nets, their early morning fitness sessions, and their mental preparation are working. ### Turning Performance into Progress We treat our weekend games like real matches. We track everything: strike rates, bowling figures, and fielding intensity. Seeing Nishant or Pranav hold that trophy after a high-pressure bowling spell shows other students exactly what the standard is. It creates a healthy competition where everyone wants to level up. We do not believe in participation awards; these are earned through sweat and discipline. ### The Roadmap to MCA Selection These awards are just the beginning. Our ultimate goal is the MCA club selection pathway. Consistent performers get the guidance and exposure they need to make the jump from academy level to district and club cricket. We do not just teach you how to hit the ball; we teach you how to perform when the pressure is high. If you want to take your game to that level, start by being consistent in every session. Your path to the next level starts on our maidaan. ## About Raut Cricket Academy I am Raut, and I believe you have to conquer yourself before you can conquer the game. I run this academy to turn serious players into disciplined athletes, focusing on the mental strength required to perform under pressure.
