It’s not just about winning here; it’s about watching how you handle a run-chase in the final over, how you communicate with your partner, and whether your technique holds up when the game is on the line. If I see the discipline and the spark, I open the doors to MCA-affiliated club trials. Cricket isn't just about how you hit the ball in the nets. It's about how you react when the field is spread, the pressure is on, and every single run counts. That is why I started the RCA T-10 Premier League. ### Why Match Pressure Matters Most players get comfortable in the nets. They know the bowler, they know the pitch, and there is no consequence for a bad shot. In our T-10 league, everything changes. You are playing on open ground with real field placements. You have to learn to pierce the gap, rotate the strike, and bowl under pressure. This is where your 'maidaan' therapy happens—you find out who you are as a player when you are actually in the middle of a battle. ### The Pathway to MCA Clubs I don’t run this league to hand out medals. I run it to find talent that is ready for the next level. If you are consistent in our T-10 games, demonstrate the right temperament, and show that you can handle the intensity of leather-ball cricket, I don't hesitate to push your name forward. I have strong connections with MCA-affiliated clubs in Navi Mumbai and beyond, and I personally recommend players who prove their worth on the field here. ### What You Need to Bring This is not for the faint-hearted. Come here only if you are ready to be corrected, ready to fail, and ready to learn. Whether you are a batsman looking to improve your strike rotation or a bowler mastering death-over variations, you will get the opportunity to test those skills against live competition. Be ready for the grind. ## About Raut Cricket Academy I started Raut Cricket Academy because I’ve been through the grind myself, and I know exactly what it takes to rise from the stumbles. I don't just coach cricket; I build careers, and I expect total dedication. If you’re ready to put in the hard work, I’ll be right there in the middle with you, guiding your path to MCA clubs.
