Each 90-minute session begins with gentle EFT tapping to clear heavy energy, followed by a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls that allows your nervous system to fully decompress. ### A Sanctuary for Resetting Life moves fast, and often we carry the weight of the week in our shoulders, our breath, and our thoughts. These Moon Circles are designed to be a hard stop. We gather in our Kailash Colony studio specifically during New and Full Moon phases because, energetically, these are the times to release what is no longer serving us and to seed new intentions. ### What Happens in a Circle? - **EFT Tapping:** We start here. Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple, accessible way to tap on meridian points. It is not about perfect form; it is about acknowledging where you feel stuck and physically releasing that tension. - **Sound Healing:** Once the energy is cleared, we move into the sound bath. Using Tibetan singing bowls, we create a field of resonance. This isn't just listening to music; it is feeling the vibrations wash over you while you rest in Savasana. It is often the first time in weeks that many participants report being able to truly switch off their brains. - **Intention Setting & Rituals:** Depending on the lunar phase, we might pull Tarot cards for clarity, engage in a sharing circle, or simply sit in the candlelight of our studio. We emphasize a 'no mirrors, no judgment' policy. You do not need to look like a yogi or feel 'spiritual' to join us; you just need to show up as you are. ### Logistics & Preparation Each session is structured as a pay-per-session event, making it easy to join whenever you need a reset, without the commitment of a membership. We provide all the mats, bolsters, and props you need. Just bring yourself and an open mind. If you are coming from work, don't worry about being 'ready'—we provide a space where you can let go of the day's stress the moment you step through our doors. ## About Rati's Yoga I am Rati.
