It means I have been trained in specific water-based biomechanics, ensuring that every move we make in the pool is safe for your joints while still giving you a serious workout. The journey to this certification involved learning directly from the creator of the program, Maria Browning. I chose to pursue this because I wanted to offer more than just basic aerobics in the pool. Authentic Aqua Zumba follows a structured methodology. We use water resistance to create a full-body workout without the impact on your knees and ankles that traditional gym exercise might cause. It is about understanding how to use the pool environment effectively. My sessions in Calicut are built on this foundation. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just looking for a new way to stay active, you can be sure that the routines are purposeful. I combine Latin rhythms with standard aquatic fitness movements to keep things fresh.
