Being a pet parent is about more than just commands; it is about keeping your dog safe and happy every day. Here, I share simple, practical hacks for daily care, health, and behaviour. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A very important tip for all dog owners: do not feed grapes to your dog. In this video, I demonstrate two simple and effective methods: hiding it in their favorite food, and the direct method for dogs that spit it out.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/6c1b9747-06f5-4eb1-9889-5a687470738a) ## About My Training Tips & Dog Care Advice Most owners struggle to give their dog a tablet, which usually ends in a mess or a stressed pet. In the video above, I show a quick technique to ensure your dog takes their medicine easily without you having to fight them or force it. It is a small trick that saves you a lot of headache during those days when your dog is feeling unwell. Pet parenting often comes with misinformation. From food safety to daily health management, knowing the right way to do things prevents long term issues and keeps your dog happy. ### Safety First: What Your Dog Can Eat Many owners treat their dogs like family and share their own food, but some items are toxic. Never feed grapes to your dog, as they can cause severe kidney and liver problems. Even with healthy fruits like apples, you must always remove the seeds first to avoid choking or toxicity. My goal is to ensure you know exactly what is safe for your pet. ### Handling Medical Moments A dog that refuses to take its medicine makes recovery difficult. I specialize in teaching owners how to handle these moments. My method involves a specific way to hold the jaw and place the tablet so the dog swallows it naturally. This prevents the dog from spitting it out or getting agitated, making the process stress-free for both of you. ### The R1 Approach to Care My philosophy is simple: no hitting, no shouting. Whether it is behaviour correction or learning basic commands, training is an art. I focus on positive reinforcement to help your dog listen to you, not just me. If you are struggling with a specific behaviour or need honest advice on puppy care in Karnataka, I am here to guide you. ## About Ranjith R1 I am Ranjith R1. My world revolves around animals, from horses and pigeons to your dogs. I believe training should be an art, not a battle of strength, and I am here to make living with your pet easier.
