We manage logistics down to the placement of every crystal glass and floral centerpiece, maintaining a high 1:5 staff-to-guest ratio to ensure your event flows without a single hitch. ### From Initial Planning to Final Execution Many guests see the final result—a stunning buffet or a smooth bar setup—but the real work happens in the hours leading up to the celebration. Our team handles every variable, ensuring that the transition from a standard venue to a fully functional, high-end dining environment is seamless. ### Why Logistics Matter Whether we are setting up in a private residence in Mumbai or flying our team to Indore for a destination wedding, we bring our own infrastructure. This includes heavy, premium-grade hardware like copper-finished chafing dishes, crystal glassware, and modular bar units. We do not rely on local venue equipment because consistency is our priority. By bringing our own gear, we ensure the visual aesthetic remains identical to the plans we make during our initial consultation. ### The Importance of Staffing Luxury service is not just about the food; it is about anticipation. With our standard 1:5 staff-to-guest ratio, our team is trained to refill drinks, clear plates, and manage guest flow before a request is even made. This quiet, persistent presence allows you to host without the stress of managing the background operations. ### Our Process 1. **Site Assessment:** We walk through the venue layout to determine optimal kitchen and service paths. 2. **Infrastructure Setup:** We install the necessary equipment, from live tandoor stations to bar setups. 3. **Tablescaping:** Our team handles the fine details, including linen placement, floral centerpieces, and menu card positioning. 4. **Final Inspection:** Before the doors open, we conduct a walkthrough to ensure every detail matches the agreed-upon design. ## About Ranjeet Catering by Design We are culinary architects who view every event as a blank canvas waiting to be designed.
