Real karate is not about looking cool in a gi. It is about the physics of an Ippon, the speed of your reaction, and the strategy of controlling a match when your lungs are burning. I bring this exact intensity and science-backed approach to every training session I lead. My journey from a regular mohalla kid to the National Karate Team taught me that Gold is not just metal. It is sweat, courage, and fire. I learned this under the guidance of my mentor, Aniket Sir, and through years of competition at the South Asian and All India Karate Championships. I do not just teach students how to punch or kick. I teach them the science of sport. My coaching methodology, built on a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Physical Education, focuses on: * **Technical Precision:** We break down Kumite tactics like scoring gaps and court coverage so you fight smarter, not just harder. * **Conditioning:** I use plyometrics and agility drills to build explosive power and prevent the common injuries I see in amateur athletes. * **Mental Toughness:** Competition is a mental chess game. I help students handle pressure and maintain aggression control, the same way I had to maintain composure during the final bouts in Hangzhou. Whether you are a school athlete looking for zonal victory or a serious fighter aiming for the Nationals, my training is designed to take you to that next level. We focus on real-time form correction and match simulations that mimic the intensity of a real tournament. If you have the spark, I will help you shape it. ## About Ramandeep Singh Kapoor I am Ramandeep Singh Kapoor, and my life is built on the mat. I moved from a local mohalla to competing for India, and I teach the same grit, discipline, and science-backed techniques that helped me get there.
