## About In the Arena: Competition Highlights

You will notice that my matches are not just about raw aggression. I drill specific WKF scoring techniques like the Ashibarai leg sweep to open up space for a clean strike. When you train with me, we analyze clips like these to fix your biomechanics and stance so you stop telegraphing your moves before you even throw the kick.

### Beyond the Basics
If you want to move from local competition to the national stage, you need to understand that the game is chess, not just combat. My training focuses on what actually earns points in the WKF rulebook. We don't waste time on flashy moves that don't land. Instead, we break down your reaction time, your distance management, and your ability to read an opponent's rhythm.

### Tactical Sparring
Every video you see here is a case study. Whether it is a Chudan Mawashi Geri to penetrate a guard or the precise timing of an Ura Mawashi, I teach you the specific setups that make these scores possible. My coaching covers:

* **Biomechanics Correction:** We adjust your center of gravity so your roundhouse kicks are faster.
* **Point Scoring Strategy:** Learning when to be the aggressor and when to counter-strike.
* **Mental Conditioning:** Staying calm under the pressure of a senior national final or an international bout.
