We focus heavily on the split-step and court coverage, which is why our players look so comfortable even in fast-paced doubles exchanges. When you watch these clips, you are seeing the result of consistent, technical repetition. We do not believe in hitting for fun for the sake of it. Every rally you see here is a tactical exercise designed to build reaction speed and court awareness. ### The Focus Behind the Rallies Whether it is a junior learner or an adult pro, our focus remains on efficiency. * **Court Coverage:** Notice the balance in our players during a jump smash or a quick net retrieval. That comes from hours of specific footwork drills, like the chasse step, which we emphasize from day one. * **Doubles Coordination:** Doubles is a mental game. You have to trust your partner is covering the back court while you take the net. We teach this through specific feeding drills where communication is a requirement, not an afterthought. * **The Academy Atmosphere:** Training at our Neeladri Road courts is intense, but it is also collaborative. You are not just playing; you are being watched and corrected by coaches who want to break your bad habits—like the pan-handle grip—before they become permanent. If you are looking to move beyond casual weekend hitting and actually want to understand the mechanics of the game, this is the environment you need. It is sweaty, demanding, and technical, but it is exactly how you get better. ## About Ram Badminton Academy We are a team of coaches obsessed with the technical side of the game. We don't believe in shortcuts; we believe in dissecting every stroke until it becomes muscle memory. If you are ready to get serious and sweat, come join us on the court.
