Whether you are a complete beginner or training for competition, every session is structured to ensure you get consistent practice time in our chlorine-free pool. When you join my classes at Neeti Bagh Club, you get more than just pool access. I prioritize hygiene and safety above all else, which is why we maintain a chlorine-free facility that is easy on your skin and eyes. My team and I follow a specific syllabus that progresses from basic water acclimation to advanced lap swimming and endurance training. We offer group coaching with batch sizes kept between 15 and 25 students, ensuring that you get enough personal attention while training in a shared lane environment. For those with specific goals, I also provide competitive training where we work on technical aspects like butterfly strokes and race psychology.
