No stages are required, just pure, mind-bending magic that happens right in your hands. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Watch closely as a simple card trick becomes a mind bending illusion. In this close up performance, I have a spectator select a card and, with a bit of misdirection, reveal it in an impossible way. This is the kind of classic sleight of hand that never fails to get a great reaction.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/19a4ba8b-2e77-44f6-94fd-ba0a07b39f7c) - ![Here I am performing at a social gathering, using a small table as my stage. With an iPad and a deck of cards, I can create a hub of entertainment, drawing guests in with interactive tricks that they can see from all angles.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/84048382-7905-413f-b2e7-14f36dcef9a0) - ![The best magic happens when everyone gathers around. For fun, I used my iPad to magically produce some money for a young man raising funds. It's a lighthearted example of how digital illusions can create surprising and delightful moments.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/6c61dd3d-c936-4efe-92b2-373389c5147c) ## About Interactive Close-Up Magic When I work a room, I do not just stand and perform. I move between groups to ensure nobody gets left out of the experience. If you are hosting a cocktail hour or a networking mixer, I treat your guests like part of the act—unlocking their phones or pulling physical coins right out of my iPad screen. It breaks the ice instantly, and because I am close enough for them to touch the props, the shock factor is significantly higher than what you would get from a distant stage show. ### Why Close-Up Magic Works Most magic shows force the audience to sit still and watch. My interactive close-up magic changes the dynamic. Whether it is a corporate mixer in Mumbai or a private party, I operate on a principle of engagement. I walk into the crowd, meet your guests where they are, and turn conversation gaps into moments of genuine astonishment. ### The Tech-Sleight Hybrid I do not rely on just one trick. My performance mixes traditional sleight-of-hand card magic with digital illusions. I might have a guest pick a card, and seconds later, I am using their iPhone to seemingly freeze a calculator app or pulling physical objects from my iPad screen. This hybrid approach connects well with modern audiences who are used to tech-heavy environments. ### Practical Logistics for Your Event - **Coverage:** In a standard 60-90 minute roaming set, I can comfortably cover 40-50 guests per hour. This ensures every small group gets a personal 5-10 minute interaction. - **Space:** I do not need a stage or a sound system. A bit of decent lighting in the roaming area is all I need to perform. - **Customization:** If this is for a brand launch or a corporate dealer meet, I can customize the digital tricks. Your brand logo or a key product can appear on the screen during the performance. This is about getting people talking. When your guests see a phone unlocked without a password or a coin materialized from a screen, they do not just watch—they participate. ## About Rajesh Kumar I am Rajesh Kumar, and I do not believe in magic that keeps a distance.
