Whether it is a family portrait or a historical scene, my priority is ensuring the final artwork captures the emotion and technical detail that matters most to you. My artistic journey began in Nashik, and it remains the place where I find much of my inspiration. I approach painting not just as an aesthetic exercise, but as a 'vinamra chitra abhivadan'—a humble artistic tribute—to our Indian historical culture. When you commission a piece, you are not just getting a painting; you are getting a process rooted in years of study and 22 international awards. I specialize in realistic portraits, heritage scenes, and spiritual narratives. My materials are chosen for longevity—I use heavy-body acrylics or professional-grade oils on double-primed canvases, finished with UV varnishes to ensure they remain vibrant for generations. Beyond creating art, I see myself as a teacher. This dual role helps me stay connected to the fundamentals of form, light, and composition. Whether you need a large-scale mythological narrative or a personal family memorial, I handle everything from the initial digital layout approval to the final delivery of your signed, certified artwork. If you have an idea that connects with our traditions or captures a moment of your life, I am here to help you bring it to life on canvas. ## About Rajesh Sawant My art is my way of saying thank you to my roots, my Gurus, and my family. Every portrait or landscape I create is a humble tribute to the history and people who have shaped my life.
