We bring the charcoal drums, the marinated skewers, and the chefs to your venue to grill right in front of your guests. When people see that smoke rising and smell the spices hitting the hot coals, the appetite builds up naturally before they even take the first bite. At Rajdhani Caterers, we believe the first impression of your wedding food happens at the starter counter. If that isn't hot and flavorful, the rest of the meal struggles to keep up. ### Why Live Charcoal Matters Most caterers pre-cook starters and keep them warm under heat lamps, which makes the meat rubbery and the flavor flat. We don't do that. We set up our live charcoal tandoors on-site. Whether it’s our signature Chicken Jafrani, marinated in saffron and spices, or our fresh Fish Tikka, we grill it on the spot. ### Our Process 1. **The Marination:** We marinate for hours, not minutes, so the masala penetrates deep into the bone. 2. **The Charcoal:** Nothing beats the smoky char of a real coal fire. It gives the meat a distinct aroma you just cannot get from gas or electric grills. 3. **The Presentation:** We do not just dump food in trays. Our chefs manage the grill to ensure a steady flow, so your guests never have to wait in a long line for a hot skewer. ### What We Serve We specialize in variety. From creamy Malai Chicken that melts in your mouth to spicy red kebabs, we build a rotation that keeps guests interested. Planning a wedding in Mira Road, Mumbai, or beyond? We pack up our tandoors and come to you. If you are skeptical about the taste, come visit our restaurant in Mira Road and try these starters fresh off the fire before you finalize your booking. ## About Rajdhani Caterers Main Sahabuddin Khan hoon, aur hum Rajdhani Caterers mein maante hain ki agar starter accha toh party acchi.
