We believe the distance from the coal fire to your plate should be measured in seconds, not minutes. Whether it is our signature Tandoori Roti or a buttery, flaky Naan, we ensure every piece lands on your plate piping hot and ready to pair with our Mughlai gravies. ### Experience the Live Tandoor Magic A wedding meal is incomplete without the right bread to soak up the korma. While many caterers prepare breads in the kitchen and bring them out in stacks, we prefer the 'live' approach. This means our chefs are stationed at the venue, rolling dough and slapping it onto the hot walls of the tandoor right in front of your guests. ### Why Live Breads Matter - **Freshness First:** Bread that sits in a hot case loses its texture within minutes. By making it live, we ensure the naan stays soft and the tandoori roti keeps its signature char. - **The Aroma:** The smell of fresh, coal-baked bread is unmatched. It creates that traditional 'shaadi ka maahol' (wedding atmosphere) that guests love. - **Variety on Demand:** From classic Tandoori Roti and Garlic Naan to our special Tandoori Chur-Chur Paratha, guests can choose exactly what they want to eat with their curry. ### Our Process We bring our own professional-grade tandoors and set them up in a clean, ventilated area at your venue in Mumbai or beyond. Our team handles everything from the flour quality to the final brush of butter, so you don't have to worry about a thing. We want your guests to leave the buffet saying, 'Shaadi ho toh aisi ho!' (If it’s a wedding, it should be like this). Planning a big feast in Mira Road or across Maharashtra? Let us handle the live counters so you can focus on enjoying the celebration with your family. ## About Rajdhani Caterers I am Sahabuddin Khan, and I believe a meal is only as good as the bread that comes with it.
