With our live counters, we handle this by grilling your kebabs, frying crispy bites, and tossing sizzlers right where the action is. Your guests don't just eat; they watch the show as we sear fresh fish, toss wok-fried chicken, and pull hot Rumali Roti straight from the tawa. When it comes to wedding catering in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the starter course is where the tone is set. At Rajdhani Caterers, we have spent years perfecting the art of live stations because we know the difference between a pre-plated starter and one served straight from the fire is everything. Whether it is our signature Chicken Jafrani, sizzling fish platters, or the crowd-favorite live Chaat counter, we prioritize the sensory experience—the sound of the sizzle, the aroma of spices, and the perfect texture. We cater to diverse palates with dedicated setups for our Non-Veg and Veg counters. From Chicken Apollo and Arabian Wraps to paneer tikkas grilled to perfection, our team is trained to manage the rush without compromising on the quality. We do not just dump food on plates; our chefs manage heat levels and presentation, ensuring that even during the peak wedding season, your guests get piping hot bites. We have managed everything from intimate Nikah ceremonies to large-scale receptions, and we bring our own grills, tandoors, and the skilled hands required to pull off a seamless service. If you are planning a destination wedding or a local function in Mira Road, Thane, or across Mumbai, we travel with our full setup so the taste remains consistent. It is about making sure that by the time your guests reach the main course, they are already impressed by the hospitality. ## About Rajdhani Caterers I am Sahabuddin Khan, and with 25 years in the kitchen, I have learned that the secret to a great wedding is hot, fresh food served with a smile.
