Cooking for a crowd requires precision, not just volume, so we control the flame to ensure our *dum* biryani gets that signature smoky aroma without burning the bottom. ### How We Prepare Your Feast When we take on a catering project, our team starts long before the guests arrive. Whether it is a small family gathering in Mira Road or a large-scale wedding across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the process remains the same. **The Traditional Cooking Method** We do not believe in mass-producing food in generic vessels.
