My team and I handle the entire production flow, from lighting cues and music mixing to costume changes and stage blocking. We do not just show up—we arrive 2 to 3 hours early to align with your venue’s sound and tech team, ensuring the performance goes off without a hitch. When you book a performance with me, you are getting more than just a dance number. You are getting the 'josh' and professional reliability I developed through my years of performing on TV and stages across India and abroad. My team (The Crew India) and I specialize in reading the crowd and adjusting our set to match the event's vibe, whether it is a corporate gala, a New Year party, or a formal awards ceremony. ### What goes into the show - **Custom Production:** I work closely with your organizers to design a setlist that works for your timeline. - **The Crew:** For larger events, I bring my professional troupe. We use synchronized formations, props, and thematic costumes to keep the energy high from start to finish. - **Technical Coordination:** My team manages the technical requirements, including pre-mixed high-quality audio tracks and direct coordination with your DJ or venue sound engineer. ### Where we fit We are experienced in performing at diverse events—from prestigious corporate technical meetings to festival stages. My style blends contemporary, Bollywood, and traditional Sambalpuri/Odia fusion, which brings a unique flavor that stands out in a crowded event lineup. If you need a headline act that brings both star power and a professional production, my team is ready to step in. ## About Rajasmita Kar I'm Rajasmita, a performer at heart and a believer in pure, high-energy dance.
