I love spending time interacting with students or participants—taking photos, sharing my journey, and judging with a focus on encouraging talent rather than just critiques. It is all about creating that connection where everyone leaves feeling happy, or as I say, *Mun bahut khusi achi*. ### More Than Just a Guest Booking a celebrity guest is about energy. Whether it is a college fest, a corporate gala, or a cultural program, my goal is to walk in and shift the vibe. My experience as a Dance India Dance winner allows me to offer more than just a presence; I offer expertise. ### What I Bring to Your Event * **Judging with a Heart:** I judge dance competitions by looking for soul and rhythm, not just technical perfection. I provide constructive feedback that actually helps the performers grow. * **Motivational Interaction:** I love sharing my journey—the 'Manifest, Believe, Receive' mantra—to inspire young talent and professionals alike. * **Felicitation & Awards:** I am happy to hand out awards, light the lamp, or be the face of your event. I understand the importance of making the guests of honor feel recognized. ### Logistics & Planning I am based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, but I travel across India for guest appearances. To make sure everything goes smoothly, I prefer to receive the event flow at least a week in advance. Whether it is a short 30-minute appearance or a longer judging commitment, let me know the scope, and I will tailor my energy to match your event's theme. ## About Rajasmita Kar I am Rajasmita, a performer at heart and an 'Odia jhia' who believes in the power of dance to bring people together.
