My studio is a judgment-free space where we sweat, laugh, and film group videos at the end of every routine, so you leave with tangible proof of your progress. ### Building the R1 Family in Yelahanka When I started the R1 Dance and Yoga Studio, my goal wasn't just to build a dance school. I wanted to build a tribe. This space in Yelahanka is home to students from all walks of life—from kids discovering their rhythm to adults looking to escape the stress of a long workday. We believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or body type. ### Why Our Community is Different - **Zero Judgment Zone:** We know the 'I can't dance' fear. We’ve all been there. That is why our classes are designed to be safe spaces where mistakes are just part of the process. - **Technical Foundation:** While we keep the energy high, we don't skip the basics. Whether you are learning Hip-Hop, Bollywood, or Contemporary, we focus on body mechanics, flexibility, and technique to keep you safe and help you grow. - **Performance Focus:** We don't keep the dance inside the studio. We use professional ring lights, overhead tracks, and group video shoots to give every batch a chance to shine and celebrate their hard work together. ### Join the Tribe From our weekend batches for busy professionals to our high-energy kids' summer camps, every program is built around the same mantra: Manifest, Believe, Receive. We are not just training dancers; we are building confidence, one step at a time. If you are looking for a studio in Bangalore that feels like a second home, you have found it. Come by for a class, meet the team, and let's make some 'bhasad macha' moments together. ## About Rajasmita Kar My name is Rajasmita, and I believe dance is for everyone.
