I see the grace of my Thakur Ji and the blessings of my mother. These recognitions—from the Bharat Gaurav Ratna to the moments shared with our former President—are simply signposts on my path of sadhana. They reassure me that the intention and the energy I pour into my art are reaching the hearts of those who invite my work into their lives. Every piece of recognition I have received serves as a reminder of the duty I have towards my craft. My journey has been long, from a childhood hobby to receiving the Desh Ratna and the Shri Mahatma Gandhi Rashtriya Abhiman Puraskar. I often recall the day I presented a portrait to the former President of India. He was not moved by the technique alone, but by the life I had managed to capture in the eyes of the subject. That reaction was a validation that my process—the hours of detailing, the focus, the prayer—was successful. A painting is not merely a decorative object. It is a vessel of energy. While I am deeply humbled to have my pieces in the homes of dignitaries, politicians, and celebrities, my true purpose remains consistent. I treat every portrait or mural, whether for a VVIP or a family in a local neighbourhood, with the same level of devotion. I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether it is a Tanjore painting, a fiber sculpture for your mandir, or a custom family portrait, I work with the understanding that this piece will become a part of your daily life. If you are looking for an artwork that carries a soul and a story, I am here to create it for you. ## About Raajan Maluuja I am Raajan Maluuja.
