# Magician, Mentalist & Hypnotist for Events in Bengaluru

By [Illusionist Rajan](https://mytribe.in/rajan_magician) · I perform magic, mentalism and hypnotism myself at birthdays, weddings, school events and corporate shows, from close-up table magic to full grand illusion stage productions. One assistant always travels with me.

## Locations

Travels for events across India

### Travels to

- Performs at venues across Bengaluru (Bengaluru, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India)
- Performs at venues across Karnataka (Karnataka, Karnataka, India)
- Performs at venues across India (India, India)

## Pricing guide (estimates)

These are indicative prices based on provider's past work. Enquire now to find out final quote.

### School Show (Children's Day / Annual Day)

One hour stage magic show for schools, from a simple Children's Day show to a grand Annual Day performance. Travel included.

Typically ₹7-20K per show (estimate)

#### The show
* One hour stage show. Comedy magic, my umbrella act, mind reading, lot of interaction with the children.
* I have done many schools in Bengaluru including international schools.
* Schools normally want the stage show, not close-up magic.

#### Price (in and around Bengaluru, travel included)
* Small show like a Children's Day programme: ₹7,000.
* Bigger school, done grandly: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
* Annual Day grand show: ₹20,000.
* If the distance is much more I will adjust the price accordingly.

#### One thing to know
* Many big schools do not allow video recording for student privacy, so I do not have many school videos to show. That is why you will not see much school work in my portfolio.

#### Sound
* Please arrange the school sound system. If you want me to bring my own it is ₹1,000-1,200 extra.

### Birthday Party Magic Show

45 min to 1 hour comedy magic, umbrella act and mind-reading for kids and family, plus a free half-hour of close-up magic at the 10k rate.

Typically ₹7-10K per show (estimate)

#### The show
* 45 minutes to 1 hour full show: my umbrella act, lot of interaction, two-three mind reading tricks, and comedy magic for the kids.
* Colourful, high-energy show. Kids will be laughing the full time.

#### Free extra (at the 10,000 rate)
* After the main show I do around half an hour of close-up magic (card magic, ball magic, coin magic, visible tricks) for the family and any guests who came late and missed the show. This is complimentary, I do it at every event. So total I am there around one and half hours.

#### Price
* ₹10,000 is my proper full show, this is the one I recommend.
* Any birthday, whatever the age, the price is the same ₹7,000 to ₹10,000. Kids party, teen party, 50th or 60th birthday, I do not change the rate for age.
* ₹7,000 is only if you are doing something very simple and small budget. At ₹7,000 I do the 45 minute stage show only, the extra half hour close-up magic is not included. Please be clear on this before booking.
* Only one package, there is no other package.
* Bengaluru local. Outside city, transport is extra.

#### Space needed
* Just enough space for me to stand and move around comfortably. No stage needed. Flat, clubhouse, hall, any of these is fine.

#### Before the show
* We will talk and fix which acts I will do, so the show suits the age group and whatever your venue allows.

#### Sound
* Party halls sometimes charge extra for a speaker. If you want me to bring my own sound it is ₹1,000-1,200 extra, otherwise please arrange it at the venue.

### Close-Up / Walk-Around Magic

Walk-around magic moving among your guests. Great for offices and events where there is no stage.

Typically ₹10-20K per event (estimate)

#### The show
* I move around among your guests and do magic right in front of them: card magic, coin magic, ball magic, visible tricks.
* No stage needed, I carry everything.
* Just enough space for me to stand and move around among your guests is enough.

#### Price
* Corporate / inside office: ₹15,000 for 3 hours.
* Outdoor / bigger event: ₹20,000.
* Birthday party: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000. Very few people ask for close-up at a birthday, mostly they want the stage show.
* Wedding or reception: ₹15,000 for 3 hours.
* Bengaluru local, transport extra for outside city.
* However many guests you have is fine, I do not charge by the number of people.

#### Sound
* Usually not needed for walk-around. If required, ₹1,000-1,200 extra for my own sound.

### Wedding & Sangeet Magic

Close-up magic moving among your guests during reception or sangeet, a stage show, or both together for ₹18,000.

Typically ₹10-18K per event (estimate)

#### What I do at weddings
* Close-up magic moving among your guests during the reception or sangeet, right in their own hands. Card magic, coin magic, ball magic, visible tricks.
* Or a proper stage show for the full gathering.
* Family-friendly, and I can do it in Tamil, Kannada, English or manage in Hindi, whichever suits your guests.

#### Price (in and around Bengaluru)
* Close-up magic moving among guests, 3 hours: ₹15,000.
* Stage show: ₹10,000.
* Both together, 2 hours close-up plus 1 hour stage show: ₹18,000. This works out cheaper than taking them separately.
* Outside Bengaluru, transport is extra.

#### Sound
* Please arrange sound at the venue. If you want me to bring my own it is ₹1,000-1,200 extra.

### Corporate Magic & Mentalism Show

About 1 hour of comedy magic, umbrella act, mind-reading and mentalism for office get-togethers, from a short 20 minute spot up to a full stage mentalism and illusion show.

Typically ₹10-50K per show (estimate)

#### The show
* Around 1 hour show, usually done inside your office (corporates mostly don't put up a big stage).
* No stage needed for this. Just enough space for me to stand and move around comfortably.
* Comedy magic, my umbrella act, mind-reading and lot of mentalism tricks. Works for adults and kids together.
* Premium setup, the shows are grand but different from the birthday show.

#### Pure mentalism / illusion with stage
* If you want a full mentalism and illusion show with a proper stage setup, that is ₹25,000 and can go up to ₹50,000 depending on how big the stage and setup is.
* My price goes by the stage, not by how many people come. Small platform inside an office is ₹15,000, I will not ask ₹25,000 for that. Proper big stage, usually outdoor, is ₹25,000 and above.

#### Price
* Starts at ₹15,000. Bengaluru local, transport extra for outside city.
* If you only need a short 10 to 20 minute magic spot in your event, that is ₹10,000. That is my minimum for any show.

#### Brand and logo magic (extra)
* If you want your company name, logo or product revealed inside a magic effect, I can build that for you. I make the materials myself.
* This is a separate charge on top of the show, because it is fully customised. Depending on what you want it can be ₹3,000 or ₹5,000 for something simple, and up to ₹50,000 if you want it done grand.

#### Hypnosis
* I can add entertainment hypnosis on request, one act for fun (making a volunteer forget their name, sending them to a 'magic world' and asking questions). Clean and comedy, volunteer comes back to normal fully fine.

#### Sound
* For corporate events the venue usually arranges sound. If you need me to bring my own it is ₹1,000-1,200 extra.

### Grand Illusion Stage Show

Large-scale stage illusions like making a girl vanish and appear and the cut-and-separate act, with a full crew and dedicated stage setup.

Typically ₹50K per show (estimate)

#### The show
* My big stage illusions: making a girl vanish, making a girl appear, the head separation (cut and separate) act, and more.
* This is a full production, not a normal magic show.

#### What it needs
* One assistant accompanies me at every show.
* A crew of around 10 people (boys and girls) that I hire and pay for the show.
* A separate dedicated stage setup for the illusions.
* This crew is what makes it a grand illusion show. If you want a big stage show without the additional crew, that is my mentalism and illusion show. I perform it myself with my regular assistant, ₹25,000 to ₹50,000.

#### What I need from you
* A big stage. These illusions cannot be done on a small platform. A stage of 20 feet by 12 feet is enough, anything that size or bigger is fine. This is sufficient, not a proven minimum. A smaller stage needs checking.
* A backstage or changing space arranged by you. This one I really need.
* No special ceiling height and no special power points needed.
* I come 3 to 4 hours before the show to set up, and it takes about 2 hours to pack up after.
* The props travel in a container vehicle, a big lorry or Eicher van, so transport for this show is charged separately.

#### Price
* Minimum ₹50,000 and above, depends on the stage setup. Bengaluru local, transport extra for outside city.
* For events outside the city my crew travels along with me. Food and rooms for me and the crew are arranged and covered by you (or you can pay me and I will arrange it myself).
* Transport is charged separately by location. The container vehicle for the props means there is no fixed figure, it depends on the distance.
* I have recently invested in new illusion props and a studio for this.

## About Magician, Mentalist & Hypnotist for Events

Naan Rajan. Magician, mentalist, hypnotist, illusionist. Just magic pannuven.

### Magic for your gathering
I do birthday parties, weddings and sangeet, school Annual Day and Children's Day, corporate shows and resort get-togethers. Small party or office show also, not only a big stage.

Stage magic includes my umbrella act, flowers and audience interaction. Close-up means card magic, coin magic and ball magic, moving among your guests. Mentalism includes names, numbers and choices people are thinking of.

Entertainment hypnosis is one act for comedy, on request. We agree the acts and volunteers before the show. If your venue bans flame, I leave fire effects out. Birds come only when I can drive them in my own vehicle.

### What the show needs
One assistant comes to every show. Birthday and in-office shows need enough space for me to stand and move comfortably. Grand Illusion adds around 10 crew hired for that show. A 20 ft × 12 ft stage is sufficient, not a proven minimum. You arrange backstage or changing space and sound; my own sound costs extra if requested.

Tamil is most natural for me. Kannada is comfortable, English is "manageable thaan", and I manage Hindi also.

## Meet your expert

[Illusionist Rajan](https://mytribe.in/rajan_magician)

### My story

Hey, I’m Rajan, or Pandiyarajan if you know me from Madurai. Magic is my world - I’ve got those international awards, the Kalam record, even hypnotized tennis champ Ramkumar Ramanathan once! But it’s not all stage lights. I love animals, help them if I spot trouble. Magic is how I connect with folks, whether in Bangalore, Madurai, or anywhere. You’ll see my bird sometimes, too. Life’s a mix, mystery and kindness.

### My work

- **All Types of Magic Shows**: I do stage magic, close-up magic show, card tricks, coin magic, juggling and more.
- **Events & Occasions**: Birthday, marriage and sangeet, corporate, school annual day, resort - magic for every place. Wedding magic performance? Just call me.
- **Fun, Suspense & Mind Reading**: My shows are full of laughs, suspense, and mind reading. Corporate crowds especially love the logic behind the mentalism - how I read the mind. Vera level-a irukum.
- **Games for Parties**: For birthday parties and family get-togethers I also do fun games for kids, adults and couples, along with my magic.
