When shooting western wear, the lighting and background choices make or break the final image. I keep my setups clean, often using solid studio backdrops or specific urban textures to ensure your outfit remains the focal point. Whether you are aiming for a high-fashion editorial look or a relaxed lifestyle vibe, my goal is to balance your natural personality with the aesthetic of the garment.

### My Approach to Fashion Shoots

I treat every fashion shoot like a technical project. Western wear, whether it is a structured gown, a sleek blazer, or casual streetwear, requires specific lighting to highlight the fabric and cut. For my studio sessions, I use a 2-point lighting setup to ensure your features are sharp and the skin textures are smooth, while my outdoor shoots focus on using natural light to create depth and mood.

### Studio vs. Outdoor: The Hybrid Advantage

Many of my clients choose a hybrid session because it offers the best of both worlds. We start in the studio to get those crisp, high-end editorial headshots with solid-colored backdrops. Then, we move to an outdoor urban location for a more candid, movement-based feel. This variety is essential if you are building a professional model portfolio or updating your lookbook.

Great fashion photography is rarely a solo act. I work closely with talented makeup artists and stylists to ensure everything from hair to outfit draping is perfect before we start.
