A lot happens before the shutter clicks—smoke machines, styling, makeup, and careful set design. My work is always a collaboration with experts, and these behind-the-scenes glimpses show you exactly how we bring a concept to life, from the makeup chair to the final frame. Photography, for me, is about precision meeting passion. My engineering background means I obsess over the lighting, the angles, and the technical setup, but my creative side ensures we don't lose the soul of the shot. When you book a shoot with me, you aren't just hiring a photographer. You are getting access to a network of professional makeup artists, hair stylists, and creative directors. ### How We Work Every project—whether it is a high-fashion editorial, a traditional ethnic wear series, or a red carpet event—goes through a planning phase. We discuss the vision, the location, and the mood board long before we set up the camera. * **Collaboration is Key:** I rarely shoot alone. My work with designers and stylists is what makes images come out *ashtu chennagi bandide* (that well). * **The 'Navataar' Approach:** Take our 'Navataar' concept series. That wasn't just a click-and-go session. It required sourcing props, coordinating with the jewelry house, working with lighting technicians, and managing the on-set atmosphere to get that dramatic, regal look. * **Fast & Reliable:** For events like the Chittara Star Awards, the process changes. It is about speed, movement, and capturing the energy of the crowd without intruding on the moment. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need to arrange my own makeup and hair?** I always recommend working with the trusted team I partner with to ensure the look matches the photography style, but I am happy to coordinate with your preferred professionals too. **How much involvement do I need to have in the concept?** As much or as little as you want.
