We assign dedicated team members to act as shadows who manage every technical cue, stage flow, and vendor coordination, ensuring that while you are busy with your guests, the behind-the-scenes chaos is handled by us. We do not believe in standard events. Whether it is a Squid Game-themed cocktail party or a Haldi that turns into a full-scale carnival, our goal is to design an experience that feels personal. Our production team handles the heavy lifting—from VDJ consoles and cold pyros to managing stage performers and family choreography. We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and travel anywhere in India for events. Our process focuses on storytelling. We sit down with you to understand the vibe, the music you love, and the kind of energy you want your crowd to feel. For us, a Sangeet should feel like a concert, and a wedding entrance should have the drama of a cinema moment. We manage the logistics of the lighting plot, the sound system, and the guest flow so that your day runs smoothly. If you have an idea that seems a bit wild, that is exactly the kind of project we want to take on. ## About Rainbow-Nine Events We are Nishit and Vaibhav. We started Rainbow-Nine because we believe celebrations should feel like a carnival, not a conference. You will see us on the ground running between stages, managing the chaos, and making sure your big day has the energy it deserves.
