For our destination projects, we send an advance team days earlier to manage the load-in, coordinate hotel check-ins, and ensure technical setups are tested before your guests even arrive. It is labor-intensive work, but it is the only way to prevent last-minute friction and ensure your event runs on schedule. ### Our Production Philosophy When you see a flawless wedding setup, you are looking at hours of work that happened long before the first guest walked in. We view every wedding as a production. Whether it is a luxury destination wedding at a venue like Dukes Resort or a local celebration in Mumbai, our focus remains on the structural and logistical integrity of the event. ### What Logistics Actually Look Like - **Technical Coordination:** We don't just hire vendors. We manage the power, lighting, and sound check protocols to ensure your Sangeet or ceremony doesn't face technical failures. - **Venue Management:** We utilize the specific zones of a property—poolside, lawn, or ballroom—to create distinct flows for different wedding functions. - **Vendor Integration:** From decorators to DJs, we handle the integration of all external teams so you are not left managing them. We act as the bridge between your vision and the on-ground execution team. ### Managing Destination Weddings Planning a wedding outside your home city adds layers of complexity, from hotel room allocation to managing airport transfers for guests. We treat destination planning as a full hospitality operation. Our team functions as a 24/7 help desk, managing everything from guest hampers to transport schedules. This allows you to focus on your family and the rituals, while we handle the chaos behind the curtain. ## About Rainbow-Nine Events We are Nishit and Vaibhav, and we live for the production side of weddings. We don't just plan functions; we build entire experiences from the ground up, making sure every floral arch and stage setup is exactly how you imagined it.
