Every 55-minute session is a mix of high-intensity Zumba, Bollywood beats, and Funk designed to burn up to 1000 calories without it feeling like a forced workout. I believe fitness should be the best hour of your day. In my boutique studio, we trade the fluorescent lights for club-style LED mood lighting, thump high-volume music, and focus on pure energy rather than perfect moves. If you can move, you can join. ### The Workout My Zumba sessions aren't just about weight loss, though burning 800 to 1000 calories per session is a standard result. It is about the post-workout buzz. I keep classes small to ensure every student, from beginner to pro, feels comfortable. We track progress with periodic weight checks and body measurements, but the real metric is how you feel when you walk out the door. ### More Than Just Fitness While the studio is my home base, I also take my choreography out into the real world. From corporate wellness days and school events to full-blown luxury wedding sangeets, I handle the entertainment setup, music, and routines. I specialize in making dance accessible—no experience is required.
