Unlike firms that hand off projects after the drawings are approved, we are on site to ensure the brickwork, facade, and structural integrity match the original intent. Whether it is a studio apartment or a luxury tower, our focus remains on climate-responsive design that stands the test of time. ### Our Design Philosophy We view architecture as poetry, a concept we call 'Alankar'. We move away from the trend of building glass boxes that require constant climate control. Instead, we prioritize solar passive architecture, which works with the sun rather than against it. By using materials like stone, glass, and exposed brick, we create buildings that are durable, visually distinct, and comfortable throughout the changing seasons of Northern India. ### The Building Process We believe that a design is only as good as its execution. When you work with us, you aren't just getting a set of drawings. We stay involved through the entire construction phase. This includes: * **Conceptualization:** Translating your needs into functional 2D floor plans and 3D renders. * **Climate-Responsive Engineering:** Analyzing sun paths and wind patterns to design facades that reduce heat gain. * **Site Supervision:** Regular visits to verify critical elements like brick pointing, stone alignment, and structural safety. ### Projects Across NCR From luxury high-rise towers in Noida to boutique private residences, our portfolio covers a range of scales. We have experience managing everything from initial municipal approvals to interior detailing, including false ceilings, bespoke furniture layouts, and landscape planning. If you are looking for an architectural partner who values technical precision as much as visual storytelling, we are here to help. ## About Raghvendra Bisen We believe architecture should be poetry, not just construction. We avoid the typical glass jungle approach in favor of solar passive designs that actually breathe and respect the local environment. We work with you from the first sketch to the final site visit to ensure your building has a soul.
