We do not just stack buildings; we study traffic patterns, sun paths, and utility layouts to ensure the retail and residential zones exist in harmony rather than competing for space. Our approach to mixed-use architecture is rooted in the idea that a building should support the flow of a community. In a massive project, the challenge is not just about density; it is about movement and human comfort. We focus on creating distinct zones that feel integrated through shared green spaces and efficient pedestrian paths. When we design large-scale projects, we prioritize: * **Sun Path Analysis:** Ensuring that retail plazas receive the right amount of light without overheating adjacent residential blocks. * **Planning Efficiency:** Integrating traditional planning principles with modern MEP and utility requirements to ensure long-term functionality. * **Facade Unity:** Developing a cohesive visual language—using elements like contemporary jaali patterns—that ties diverse functions like malls, hotels, and luxury apartments into a single, recognizable identity. Whether it is a 2 million square foot hub or a boutique urban development, we begin by understanding the land. We believe that large developments should avoid the common glass box trap.
