Our design strategy specifically utilizes solar-passive facades that cut thermal gain, significantly reducing energy costs for large academic blocks while allowing for maximum natural light in classrooms and library spaces. ### Our Approach to Institutional Design When we take on an institutional project, we look beyond the blueprint. We view an educational campus as a living ecosystem where the architecture must support the daily flow of thousands of students and faculty. #### Master Planning & Zoning We believe that a campus should not feel disjointed. Our master planning focuses on logical zoning: keeping academic blocks, administrative zones, and recreational areas distinct yet connected. By integrating landscape design early, we ensure that every building has access to 'breathing spaces'—lawns, amphitheatres, and quiet courtyards that act as social anchors. #### The Material Language: Alankar Our philosophy of 'Alankar'—or finding poetry in structure—is vital in institutional architecture. We often mix the tactile warmth of exposed brick with the sleek, professional edge of modern glass. This isn't just an aesthetic choice; the brick provides the necessary thermal mass for our climate, while the glass facades, when designed with vertical louvers and deep recesses, regulate light and reduce the need for artificial cooling. #### Retrofitting and Expansion We have extensive experience in modernizing existing structures.
