From professional referees and live scorekeeping to high-quality feather shuttles and on-court physio support, we handle the entire logistics so you can focus on the game. It is about creating a level playing field where office hierarchies vanish and the only thing that matters is the next point. Office life usually involves endless meetings and screen time. We believe the badminton court acts as the perfect pressure valve. Whether it is a quick team-building workshop or a full-scale corporate cup, our goal is to get your team moving and connected. ### How We Manage Your Event We focus on the details that make a tournament feel professional and fair: * **Gear & Safety:** We exclusively use tournament-grade feather shuttles. Through our partnership with Fortis Healthcare, we ensure basic physio and nursing staff are on standby, so everyone stays safe while pushing their limits. * **Fair Play:** We enforce a no-pro policy for corporate events. This keeps the competition focused on regular employees, not ringers, making it accessible for everyone regardless of their skill level. * **Seamless Logistics:** From venue booking at spaces like Ultrex or SportsLane to live MC commentary, branding backdrops, and post-match photo dumps, we handle the heavy lifting. ### Why Teams Choose Us We have hosted events for major names like Pernod Ricard India because we understand that the point is not just badminton. It is about the high-fives after a tough rally, the laughter when someone misses a shot, and seeing a different side of your colleague. By the time you leave, you are not just walking away with a workout; you are walking away with a stronger team bond. ## About Racquet Ninja We are Adi and Payal, the founders of Racquet Ninja. We started this because we saw too many offices where real connection was missing, so we decided to replace the coffee machine talk with some serious court time. We are not about stuffy corporate events; we are about that raw, sweaty energy where you actually get to know the person sitting next to you.
