We handle everything from the tournament structure to the final trophy presentation, ensuring everyone leaves with a sense of achievement. Whether it is an intra-office league or a multi-company cup, I make sure the ceremony is the highlight, giving your team a tangible memory of their hustle on the court. Recognizing effort is the secret sauce for real team bonding. When we host corporate tournaments, the prize ceremony is where the magic happens. I have seen office hierarchies dissolve on the court, and that same camaraderie carries over to the podium. We ensure every corporate event, whether at the Ultrex Recreational Club in Gurugram or the SportsLane Arena, ends on a high note. Here is how we make it count: * **Inclusive Categories:** We don't just cater to the pros. With age brackets for 30+, 35+, and 40+, everyone gets a fair shot at the gold. * **Professional Delivery:** From live MCs and tournament directors to high-quality trophies and certificates, we handle the production so you don't have to chase people for registrations. * **Media Coverage:** You get professional photos and video highlights, giving your team a real story to share on their internal groups. * **Safety First:** With physio support from Fortis, your team plays hard without the worry of injury. It is not just about the winners. It is about the 'chalo, game on!' spirit that stays with your team long after the event ends. We create the stage, your team brings the energy, and together we build a memory that lasts. ## About Racquet Ninja I started Racquet Ninja with Payal to build a real tribe, not just a club. For me, these tournaments are the best way to see the true spirit of a team outside the office. Let’s create a space where your team feels like champions, because they truly are.
