Our studio operates as a creative ground, a space where our team of architects and designers constantly debate, develop, and refine every element of a project. Whether it is a clubhouse or a workspace, what you see in our portfolio is the result of this rigorous, cross-collaborative approach where diverse perspectives are brought together to solve complex spatial challenges. Our practice is built on the belief that design begins with listening. While our portfolio showcases the final result, the reality of our work happens in our studio, where our associate partners and team members spend hours refining layouts, material palettes, and circulation flows. ### The Team Behind the Work Our studio thrives on a flat hierarchy and mentorship. Architects like Neha Raina, Priyanka Arora, Anuradha Arora, Himanshu Bhargava, and Ashish Agarwal lead our projects, but they are supported by a collective energy of debate and discovery. This is not a place for top-down decisions. It is a place where we challenge each other, laugh, and iterate until a design feels right. ### Why Recognition Matters We are honored to be featured in publications like Architectural Digest, Fortune India, and India Today. These accolades serve as external validation of our core philosophy: that design must be sustainable, meaningful, and deeply human-centric. When our founder, Rachna Agarwal, is recognized among the Top 100 Women Achievers of India, it is a reflection of the team effort that goes into every project. ### Our Philosophy in Practice We view design as an extension of the user. Whether we are planning a community clubhouse or a private residence, our goal remains constant. We focus on natural light, healthy materials, and layouts that encourage real human connection. We do not just fill rooms, we create environments that help people belong. ## About Studio IAAD I am Rachna Agarwal, and Studio IAAD is my brainchild, but really, it is all of us. We are a family of designers who laugh, argue, and mentor each other to ensure every project feels right for you. We believe design should not just look good, it should feel like an extension of who you are.
